These terms govern your use of https://www.okaerobarrier.com (the "Site") operated by Okanagan AeroBarrier ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site you agree to these terms. They do not replace any signed agreement, quote, or proposal — project-specific terms in a signed document take precedence.

Use of the site

The Site provides marketing information about our air-sealing services. The content is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or technical specification for any specific project. Pricing, performance targets, and timelines stated on the Site are illustrative and subject to a written quote.

Quotes and project work

Any project we undertake is governed by a written quote and/or contract signed by both parties. The quote will set out: scope of work, target ACH50 (where applicable), pricing, payment terms, timing, exclusions, and warranty terms. Anything not in the written quote is not part of the engagement.

Performance targets

Where a quote includes a target ACH50 number, we work to that target in good faith using AeroBarrier and the surrounding envelope as we find it. The final airtightness result depends in part on the existing build quality (membrane detailing, sheathing, framing, mechanical penetrations) which is the responsibility of other trades. We do not warrant ACH50 outcomes that depend on envelope work outside our scope.

Site content, branding, and copy are © 2026 Okanagan AeroBarrier unless otherwise indicated. AeroBarrier is a trademark of its respective owner; we use it as an authorized dealer.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources (energy programs, supplier information, BC Step Code documentation). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to direct damages, capped at any amount you've paid to us in the most recent 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Project-specific liability is governed by the signed quote/contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in BC. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
